- Copies of medical history extracts and results of the latest tests, diagnostic films (CT scan, x-rays), pathology slides or other records
- Address, telephone number and e-mail of our hospital, name and telephone number of your personal manager
- Payment options: cash or credit cards
- Airline or train tickets
- A list of your current medications
You can also bring a relative with you to give you extra support throughout your treatment at the hospital. Your accompanying person may be accommodated in adjacent ward for an additional fee.
